James and Andrea Reedy
Owners
James and Andrea re integral parts of Dance d’Elegance. They wanted to share their love of ballroom dancing in Medina in a casual, fun, and safe environment, so they bought the studio from its founder, Char Klimko, in 2020. They have been updating the studio and expanding lessons and experiences for their dancing clients. They invite everyone to dance! Andrea took dance lessons from Char in the early ’90s. In 1994, she met her husband, James, at the Starlite Ballroom in Sunnyvale, California.
Linda Baddeley

She is here to help you plan, enroll, or answer questions about classes and schedules.
Linda joined Dance d’Elegance in 2023 as a business partner. Don’t let her mild manner fool you; she has a strong business background, focused energy, and vision to make ballroom dancing fun and exciting.
Char Klimko
Founder
She started Dance d’Elegance in 1990 by herself. She met Deborah and her husband, Dave Fleming, at Arthur Murray in Fairlawn. Deborah soon joined her dance studio. Char enjoyed watching so many lovely couples having fun on their date night.
Char lives in Medina with her three cats and enjoys gardening and doing Abstract art.
Instructors
Deborah Fleming
Deb has been teaching the wonderful world of dance for 40 years and started teaching at Dance d’Elegance in 2008. She teaches ballroom smooth and Latin, country, social dancing, line dancing, and bridal routines. Her passion is choreography!
Deborah loves watching her students discover the excitement of dance, light up, let loose, and have fun expressing themselves to the sound of music. Her joy is in their progress, and she encourages students to strive for their best. She started at Arthur Murray’s Ballroom Dance Studio in 1977, then taught at the American Dance Exchange in Cleveland. She volunteered at her daughter’s school, choreographing dances for the children to perform in their school plays, and has taught at Dance d’Elegance since 2008. Her husband, Dave, often accompanies her to assist the classes.
Cami Ludlow
She is a dance instructor here at Dance d’Elegance who loves teaching dance to people of all ages, from little children to people as old as you.
Cami has a BA in dance with an emphasis on ballroom dance and trained at Stars Ballroom near San Francisco. Cami belonged to Brigham Young University’s world-champion ballroom dance touring team that competed and performed all over the US, England, Norway, Sweden, and Denmark.
Oli Reedy
Are you high energy? Oli teaches the basics and eagerly learns and shares the love of ballroom dance, especially the Cha-Cha and new line dances.
Oli is an energetic and passionate dance instructor whose journey into ballroom dancing began in 2021 while substitute teaching for their mother’s class.
